换货与退货
退货政策：
仅当服装未穿过且处于原始状态、非定制或非促销品时，我们才会处理任何退货。如果我们收到的服装不符合我们的标准，我们保留拒绝退款或换货的权利。
由于以下原因，您将有资格获得换货：换取不同尺码、我们这边的错误。
由于以下原因，您将没有资格换货： 改变主意。
请理解，如果您想换换不同尺寸的商品，新商品可能需要长达 4 周的时间才能送达您手中，因为我们手头可能没有现成的商品。
标记为最终销售/正在销售的商品在任何情况下都不符合退货/换货/退款的条件。
本地订单：
我们会在收到您购买的商品后 7 天内提供退货和换货服务，并将在收到请求后 3 个工作日内处理退货。如果您不想换货，我们将为您提供全额商店积分（不包括初始运费）。
如果您想换货，我们将向您发送一张退货标签，以便您将包裹寄回给我们。
国际订单：
我们目前不提供退款/换货/退货。
返店付款订单：
所有通过Hoolah 下的订单只有在收到商品后7 天内才有资格换货。
要申请退货，请填写此联系表，其中包含所有必要的详细信息和您的订单号，我们将在 3 个工作日内处理。我们不会接受任何通过 DM 的退货请求。
我们保留随时更改、修改或添加我们的政策的权利，恕不另行通知。
1. RETURNS POLICY
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within the 14-day return window, starting from the date of receipt.
We will only process your return if the garment is:
- unworn and in its original condition,
- returned in its full - and original - packaging,
- have not been customised
- not on sale when item was purchased
Refund methods:
- Singapore customers: Returns made within 7 days are eligible for monetary refunds back to your original payment method.
Returns made within 14 days are only eligible for store credit refunds. - International customers: All returns must be initiated within 7 days and will be refunded back to your original payment method
Refunds in either method will be processed within 2-3 days of accepting your return, excluding your initial shipping costs. Store credit is valid for one year from the date it was issued, and is not exchangeable for cash.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the garment we receive back does not meet our criteria. Items deemed to be ineligible can be sent back to you at your own cost.
2. EXCHANGES POLICY
You will be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Exchanging for a different size, or error on our end.
You will not be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Change of mind.
Do note that:
- No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the difference in amount if you opt for an exchange with an item of a lower value.
- Exchanging for a higher value item will require a top up for the price difference.
- Items on sale are permitted for exchanges on a case-by-case basis, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change, modify or add new policies at anytime, without prior notice.
