We currently only offer Grab Paylater and ATOME as our buy-now-pay-later payment method for our local customers.

Order & Shipping
Yes we do! If you face any issues while trying to complete your purchase, do leave us a message via concierge@naouu.com / shoot us a text in our DMs.
For local orders, shipment can take between 3-5 working days - after your parcel has been picked up - to reach you.
For international orders (outside of Singapore), shipment can take between 9-14 working days - after your parcel has been picked up - to reach you.
Once the parcel has left our hands, we will not be held responsible for any damages, or missing parcels. For any delays, do reach out to the courier company for more information.
By default, we will ship all items together once all pieces are ready for shipment.
If you'd like to split the shipment, please reach out to us at care@naouu.com at the soonest, and we will assist you in arranging for a separate delivery, extra charges to be borne by the customer.
We understand that plans change and you might need your outfit earlier than expected. Do reach out to us at care@naouu.com as soon as you can, and we will try to accommodate accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges
We apologise that your order was less than satisfactory. Please contact us at care@naouu.com and we'll get back to you within 1-2 working days.
We do not accept returns unless you've received a damaged/ incorrect/ missing item.

For local orders, returns for store credit can take between 2-3 working days to process and exchanges can take between 4-5 days to reach you after we've shipped out your new piece.
For international orders, we will process a refund via store credits of the full amount of the item(s) only (original shipping fees will not be refunded).
