Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

We will only process any returns if the garment is unworn and in its original condition and returned in its full - and original - packaging, not customised or was not a sale item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the garment we receive back does not meet our criteria.

You will be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Exchanging for a different size, error on our end.

You will not be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Change of mind. 


Pieces that were tagged as Final Sale/ were on sale are NOT eligible for returns/ exchanges/ refunds under any circumstances.

 

 

We offer returns and exchanges of your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Before processing your exchange or refund, we will check on the returned item(s), if they have successfully met all our criteria and we accept your return, we will proceed to process the refund of the full amount in store credit (excluding the initial shipping cost) within 3 business days, or ship out your exchange item(s) within 3 business days.

If you've opted for an exchange, we will send you a return label for your parcel to be sent back to us (applicable for domestic orders only). For our international customers, exchanges are not permitted unless the item you received was incorrect. For all other reasons, you will only be refunded via store credits.

  

To request a return, please fill in this contact form with all the necessary details, and we will respond within 1-2 business days. We will not accept any return requests via DMs.

 

We reserve the right to change, modify or add our policies at any anytime, without prior notice.
