Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

We will only process any returns if the garment is unworn and in its original condition and returned in its full - and original - packaging, not customised or was not a sale/ bundle product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the garment we receive back does not meet our criteria.

You will be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Exchanging for a different size, or error on our end.

You will not be eligible for an exchange for the following reason(s): Change of mind. 

Pieces marked as Final Sale/ Bundle Sale/ were on sale price are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

 

 

We offer returns and exchanges of your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Before processing your exchange or refund, we will check on the returned item(s), if they have successfully met all our criteria and we accept your return, we will proceed to process the refund of the full amount to your original payment method or store credit (excluding the initial shipping cost) within 7 business days, or ship out your exchange item(s) within 7 business days. 

If you've opted for an exchange, we will send you a return label for your parcel to be sent back to us (applicable for domestic orders only). For our international customers, exchanges are not permitted unless the item you received was incorrect. For all other reasons, you will only be refunded via store credits within 7 business days.

Do note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Store credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and shall only be valid for one year from the date of issue.   

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the difference in amount if you opt for an exchange with an item of a lower value. 

Exchanging for a higher value item will require a top up for the price difference.
