If you've lost access to your inbox, you can create a new account with us. If you have remaining points or store credits in your old account, reach out to us here to get your points and store credit transferred to your new account.

Á-List Circle is our loyalty programme designed to thank you for growing with us. As a member, you’ll earn points on your purchases and enjoy exclusive rewards, perks, and member-only benefits along the way.
Joining is simple — just create an account with us. Once you’re signed in, you’ll automatically be enrolled and can start earning points right away.
You’ll earn points every time you shop with us. Points are credited to your account once your order is completed, and may also be earned through selected member activities from time to time.

You can redeem your points by logging into your account and heading to the Membership section. Once redeemed, copy the code and apply at checkout.
Points do not expire, but once redeemed, the voucher will expire within 1 year.
Points discount can be combined with other promotional discounts, unless stated otherwise.

If you have an account, you can sign in and go to the Orders section to see your full order history and real-time status.
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Store Credit
Store credit is typically issued for returns. Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can choose to receive store credit, which will be added to your account.
At the checkout page, you'll see a "Apply store credit" checkbox. Select it to apply your store credit to offset your order total.
Store credits expire after two years from the date of issuance. Store credits are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Once your store credits expire, we'll not be able to extend its validity.
You can combine store credits with all discount codes unless stated otherwise.
You can use store credits to purchase gift cards. For a custom gift card amount, do reach out to us here!

To keep your items looking their best, please follow the specific care instructions on the label inside each garment. As a general rule, we recommend gentle, cold washes and laying items flat to dry to preserve their shape and colour. For delicate pieces, place them into your NÁOUU laundry bag before throwing them into the wash.
You'll receive a NÁOUU exclusive dust bag and laundry bag with your first order. Store your pieces in your dust bag to prevent snagging or pilling.

Returns & Exchanges

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within 2-3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued. Repairs Programme
Our Repairs Programme is our way of supporting the longevity of your garments. Designed to extend the life of your pieces, it offers thoughtful repairs and ongoing care so your garments can continue to be worn and loved for years to come.
To request a repair, simply reach out to our team with details of your garment and the issue you’re experiencing. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions and timelines.
Start A Repair
Repairs typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair. Once your request has been assessed, we’ll share an estimated turnaround time before proceeding.
A round-trip fee of S$15 applies to all repairs. Repair work will mostly be covered by NÁOUU within the first year of purchase. For more intricate repairs or those outside the first year, additional fees may apply — we’ll always confirm this with you before moving forward.
