Sketch & Sampling
The initial design sketch is translated into a physical sample. This first step is crucial for us to evaluate if the design works with the chosen fabric and how the garment drapes on the body.
Fit & Refinement
We conduct fit sessions using real bodies to analyse comfort, drape, and movement. Adjustments are made to the pattern, and we re-sample as many times as necessary until all fit standards are met.
Production & Quality Control
Once the fit is finalized, the design moves into small-batch production. Following production, every garment undergoes a rigorous quality control (QC) check to ensure it meets our strict standards for stitching, finishing, and measurements before it reaches you.
PRODUCTION
ETHOS
Our garments are produced by skilled seamstresses and pattern makers in Singapore and Indonesia. We partner with small, independent studios, such as our seamstress Rosalia, who possess deep expertise in pattern making and garment construction. This ensures a high, consistent level of craftsmanship across all of our garments.
We practice producing in small batches, creating limited, intentional quantities of each design. This allows for meticulous quality control at every step, minimises excess material waste, and maintains the exclusivity of each piece.
Quality checks are integrated throughout the entire production process. From the initial sample review to the end of production, each garment is systematically inspected. This ensures every item meets our standards for construction, finishing, and measurements before it reaches the customer.
It's a process we're proud of, and it’s how we guarantee a perfect fit.
This is how we make our clothes. Now, discover our why.
