LOCAL ORDERS
Domestic orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed and all parcels come with a tracking number. Parcels should reach the designated recipient within 3 working days. For preorders, we will ship out your order 1-2 business day after the stipulated waiting time. We offer free express shipping for all local orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed and all parcels come with a tracking number. Parcels can take between 1-20 business days to reach the designated recipient. For preorders, we will ship out your order 1-2 business days after the stipulated waiting time. We offer free delivery for orders that hit a certain amount.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees levied by your destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
As these costs vary by country and depend on the contents of your order, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchase for a clear understanding of any applicable fees.
NÁOUU does not cover or reimburse these charges. Should you choose to refuse a shipment due to customs fees or any other reason, we are unable to cancel your order, issue a refund, or assume responsibility for any associated costs.
We shall not be held liable for any:
(1) additional charges incurred or
(2) missing/ damaged parcels
(3) delays during shipment,
