LOCAL ORDERS

Domestic orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed and all parcels come with a tracking number. Parcels should reach the designated recipient within 3 working days. For preorders, we will ship out your order 1-2 business day after the stipulated waiting time. We offer free shipping for orders above $200.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed and all parcels come with a tracking number. Parcels can take between 10-20 business days to reach designated recipient. For preorders, we will ship out your order 1-2 business days after the stipulated waiting time. We offer free shipping for orders above $450.

We shall not be held liable for any:

(1) additional charges incurred or

(2) missing/ damaged parcels

(3) delays during shipment,

However, we will do our utmost to help you get them resolved.
