Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the journey.
Do note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods. If you need your order urgently or have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help!

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. Do note that tailored pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.

To use your points, head to your account and click on the Membership tab.
From there, you’ll be able to view your available rewards and redeem your points for discounts off your order. Copy the discount code and apply the reward at checkout.

You can use your store credits directly at checkout!
Do ensure you're logged into the account you used for your previous orders when you proceed to checkout. If you have available store credits, you’ll see an “Apply store credit” option under the payment section — just tick the box and your credits will be automatically deducted from your total.
