Do you provide alterations or tailoring?

Absolutely! We understand sometimes that standard sizes may not fit you perfectly, that's why we're offer in-house alterations and tailoring for all NÁOUU garments.

We offer 2 types of tailoring services:

Pre-purchase alterations: We are able to do minor customisations to your garments before it's shipped to you. Because we run on a preorder basis, we are able to get our seamstresses to shorten hemlines, take in certain areas, etc. at no extra cost to you (most of the time).
Post-purchase alterations: Should you realise that the size you picked after receiving your garment doesn't fit right, you can always bring it back to us to tailor the garment to your desired fit. This will most likely come with additional costs, but any costs will be shared upfront before proceeding and there will be no hidden fees with this service.

Do you ship worldwide and how long does delivery take?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries, and express shipping options to a few countries. We ship out all orders within 24 hours after receiving your order and you can expect to receive it within 1-12 days, depending on where you live.

We offer free local courier on all orders within Singapore.

What fabrics do you use in your pieces?

We use a considered mix of natural and synthetic fibers — carefully chosen based on each garment’s design, feel, and function. Most of our fabrics are locally sourced, and when we source internationally, we only select materials that carry trusted certifications like OEKO-TEX.

As we continue to move toward more planet-friendly fabrics, we remain committed to transparency. You’ll always find detailed information about fabric composition in the “Fabric & Care” section of each product page.
